Andrea Seidl is Senior Vice President, Support Services of Morrison Healthcare, responsible for corporate support services of strategic initiatives as well as exploration of innovations. Her direct report departments include: Nutrition and Wellness, Leadership Development and Training, Communication and Brand Services. Seidl plays an essential role in corporate strategy and market positioning and has contributed to the successful track record of performance of Morrison including 98% client retention. In September 2013, Seidl directed the launch of a culture of accountability and empowerment internally named “Be the Leader” which charges Morrison team members to stay actively committed to the Morrison six cultural beliefs of; Love Patients, Deliver Flavor, Unleash Talent, Be Well, Retail Excellence and Own Finances. It is these cultural beliefs that will fuel the Morrison direction and success through healthcare reform. Seidl is a 38 year veteran of Morrison and was named to her current position in 2005. Prior to this she was a Regional Vice President in the heartland with an office in St. Louis. She is an Alumni of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and an active local community member in her current hometown of Atlanta where she lives with her husband.
