Hawk Trade to Provide Further Development Funding
Hawk Trade will provide additional development capital to top performer to build on its counter-senescence product and solution portfolio.

According to Hawk Trade, the biotechnology company has recently been at the center of speculation that it is close to seeking a listing on a US stock exchange but sources at the company say the company will not be drawn into commenting on the conjecture about an IPO (initial public offering).
The company, which has emerged as one of the star performers in the Hawk Trade portfolio in recent years, is engaged in an acquisitive drive with regard to patents held within the research and development facilities at several universities in Europe and the United States.
A spokesperson for Hawk Trade said, “Their commitment to the advance of anti and counter-senescence treatments has led them to explore additional streams of development including those at key university Research and Development facilities. Naturally, once their work has been deemed appropriate, the researchers have to be compensated and this requires funding.”
A source at Hawk Trade said, “We are in receipt of an application for a further tranche of funding in the sum of $25 million. We expect to complete our due diligence on the application within the next two weeks and, if successful, the application will be approved and drawdown can take place at a time of the company’s choosing.”
