Real Estate Veteran Earns the Keyes Realtor Associate of the Quarter Award for the End of 2013

Pembroke Pines, FL, March 28, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Adding to an already impressive portfolio and professional resume, David McChesney, a veteran real estate agent currently on the roster of the Keyes Realty firm, has something new to celebrate. In late 2013, McChesney was awarded the Keyes Realtor Associate of the Quarter Award from his agency, which has nearly 2,000 associates on staff and serves clients throughout southern Florida in 30 different branch offices. Now, McChesney is being honored for his efforts.

McChesney earned the award for his outstanding sales performance during the final quarter of 2013, which ran from October to December. No other agent had a higher quality or value for his or her property during that quarter, the agency reports.

In addition to being a certified international real estate property specialist, McChesney is also certified in foreclosure specialties and short sales. He's known as a CDPE, or certified distressed property expert. McChesney says he would recommend that everyone hire a Realtor when either buying or selling a home because Realtors are experts, and they have a code of conduct they must adhere to while offering their services.

Because the real estate market where he currently works is rather dry -- meaning the funds for some actual sales have not yet been delivered -- the entire process can be "brutal" for both buyers and sellers, McChesney says. That's why he tries to maximize his resources in advising his clients during those stressful, confusing and otherwise difficult times. It's exactly this kind of dedication that landed him the Keyes Realtor Associate of the Quarter Award.
