Red Bank, NJ, March 29, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Northeast Professional Planning Group, Inc., (NPPG) a leading regional employee benefits, retirement planning and actuarial consulting firm announces the appointment of Lance P. Roteman to Senior Vice President. Mr. Roteman will be responsible for the firm’s administration of defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans, actuarial consulting, plan design and client advisory services.
A seasoned executive with over 20 years of comprehensive pension experience, Mr. Roteman provides a well-rounded perspective on servicing retirement plans with 100 to 30,000 participants. Lance began his career assisting clients with the day-to-day plan administration responsibilities including funding requirements, non-discrimination testing, QDRO calculations and preparation of government DOL, IRS and PBGC forms. Over the years, Lance consulted with clients on retirement plan design and expense projections, managed a team of analysts, served as operations leader responsible for monthly financials, recruitment and training. Prior to joining NPPG, Mr. Roteman was most recently a consultant for Mercer.
