DISA Broadens Operations in the Eagle Ford Shale Area – Acquires Two Occupational Health Clinics from A-Dependable

Houston, TX, April 02, 2014 --(PR.com)-- DISA Global Solutions (DISA) has acquired two occupational health facilities from A-Dependable Drug Testing. Both facilities are located within the active Eagle Ford Shale, Western Gulf Basin, of South Texas, one in Kenedy and one in Pleasanton. A-Dependable is a well-established occupational health care provider based in Granbury, Texas, that will continue to operate out of its remaining facilities.

“Purchasing two facilities from A-Dependable will allow DISA to expand our coverage in the very active Eagle Ford Shale Play,” said Jeff Boyle, DISA President and CEO. “Adding DISA facilities in Kenedy and Pleasanton widens DISA’s South Texas presence, which will allow us to provide greater service to the large client base we have operating in the Western Gulf Basin,” added Mr. Boyle.

Both new DISA facilities will continue to provide a wide-range of occupational heath services. These include drug and alcohol collections, respirator fit testing, physicals, case management, and on-site services.
