Save the Date for Healthy Kids Day at The Gateway Family YMCA

Rahway, NJ, April 05, 2014 --(PR.com)-- On Saturday, April 26, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm, the Gateway Family YMCA is celebrating YMCA’s Healthy Kids Day® at all branches with a free community event to get kids moving and learning and families living healthier. The Gateway Family YMCA’s Healthy Kids Day is the Y’s national initiative to improve the health and well-being of families, featuring fun active play and educational activities to help kids be healthy and reach their full potential. Activities will include catch games, Story Time with guest readers, open swim, Family Zumba, class demonstrations, vendors, relay races, healthy snacks and water bottle give-a-ways. Each YMCA branch will include various raffle prizes, with the grand prize being a brand new bike.

YMCA’s Healthy Kids Day takes place at the following locations:
