Fraudlogix Joins Interactive Advertising Bureau
Hallandale Beach, FL, April 10, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Fraudlogix, an online advertising fraud detection company, has joined the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), effective March 21. The IAB is a membership organization that consists of more than 600 media and technology companies involved in interactive advertising and marketing.
Fraudlogix decided to join the bureau, which evaluates and recommends best practices in this space, because it shares one simple, common goal – industry-wide growth and transparency.
Additionally, Fraudlogix is looking forward to contributing to IAB’s Traffic of Good Intent task force. Its mission is “to identify, understand and raise awareness of the issue of non-intentional traffic, and to offer insight and recommended solutions to the digital advertising industry.”
In January, the task force issued a report, “Best Practices – Traffic Fraud: Reducing Risk to Exposure,” focusing on types of online traffic fraud that should be of concern to marketers.
The report exploits the natural synergy between the two entities. Fraudlogix is poised to contribute to such efforts as stated by Hagai Shechter, CEO of Fraudlogix, "By sharing some insights into what we've learned about the latest bot threats, suspicious online behaviors and hacking tactics used by cyber criminals, we hope to be a contributing force to the IAB community."
