Bove and Carbonell Appointed to Lead Datarisk
American-owned Argentine Multilatina appoints new generation of leadership.
Buenos Aires, Argentina, April 10, 2014 --(PR.com)-- It was announced today that Federico Bove has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Datarisk, a leading provider of corporate due diligence and compliance tools for the largest companies in Latin America. Bove was previously Executive Vice President – Commercial Development.
“It’s a great pleasure for me to announce this appointment,” said Richard Burns, Chairman of Datarisk Global and General Partner of Isis Ventures -the New York-based controlling shareholder of Datarisk. “Mr. Bove is a proven leader who has been at the forefront of our major expansion over the two years we’ve been involved with Datarisk and I feel extremely confident with his leadership into our next period of growth.” Bove has been with Datarisk for the past six years.
At the same time, Burns also announced the appointment of Andrés Torres Carbonell to the newly created post of Chief Operating Officer, in which he will be responsible for Finance, Administration and Productivity. Carbonell was most recently CFO at Debita and has a strong background in finance, public accounting and general management. “I feel I can really work with Andrés, who comes in with a fresh perspective on our company. His expertise is exactly what Datarisk needs as it begins this new chapter,” said Bove.
Bove replaces Datarisk Founder Felix El Idd as Chief Executive Officer. El Idd will be focussed wholly on product development and innovation as the head of Laboratorio Datarisk, the division devoted to superior customer solutions and experience.
With offices in Argentina, Brazil, México and United States, Datarisk has taken a commanding leadership in working with financial, procurement and compliance departments to develop highly efficient and value-added due diligence programs, and is growing at exponential rates. Its client portfolio includes Arcos Dorados, Techint, Peugeot, Renault, AES, Emerson, Natura, Phillips and Panalpina among others.
