Grimes Development Selected by Advanced Foot and Ankle Center to Construct New Medical Facility
Grimes Development, a McKinney based commercial general contractor, was selected by Advanced Foot and Ankle Center to construct new medical facility. Construction will begin mid-April of 2014.
McKinney, TX, April 09, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Grimes Development, a McKinney-based commercial developer and general contractor, has been selected by Advanced Foot and Ankle Center to construct their new medical facility. The facility will enable the Drs. to continue serving their community by providing in-office minor surgical procedures, x-rays, cold laser therapy, MicroVas therapy, cosmetic restorations, and more.
When asked about their new facility, Dr. Eric Silvers said:
"We decided to build an office that would allow us to provide exceptional foot and ankle care from the moment the patient enters the build to the time they leave. To achieve our vision the new office space will include a larger more comfortable reception area, in-office physical therapy, a laser therapy room, two procedure rooms, and a retail end of the practice. We want an office where our patients feel comfortable and confident that they will be receiving the very best foot and ankle care in the area with a seasoned staff to assist with this process. We also want an office where our staff feels just as much at home as our patients do. We feel that the current design of the new office will certainly help us achieve all of the above. We chose Grimes Development because we saw some of their projects, and knew that we would get personalized attention from start to finish. Mr. Grimes has personally been involved with every step of this project, and his vision runs parallel to ours."
Facts about the upcoming building Project:
This comprehensive foot and ankle center of excellence will provide on-site physical therapy, diagnostic imagining, laser therapy, and a state-of-the art retail store that will provide medical grade foot and ankle products and shoes.
The building is slated to be 8,432 square feet. The owner will occupy 7,000 square feet, with the remaining available for lease space.
The project is scheduled to start mid-April of 2014.
Dr. Eric Silvers founded Advanced Foot and Ankle Center more than 15 years ago. After frequently commuting through McKinney en route between Dallas and Oklahoma, Dr. Silvers was captivated by the growing community. He realized that McKinney was in need of a well-trained foot and ankle specialist and he has been serving the community ever since. Advanced Foot and Ankle Center is home to Drs. Silvers, Hadfield and Lloyd, all residency trained in foot and ankle surgery. It is currently located off of Medical Center Drive in McKinney, and will relocate to 5531 Virginia Parkway.
