Fozmula’s “Role Model Employee,” Peter Fisher, Retires

Warwick, United Kingdom, April 11, 2014 --(PR.com)-- As the company grew, Peter brought his experience to bear on most areas of the business including managing the Sales Department, Operations Management, Purchasing, Quality and running various product divisions. Latterly he managed the IT and Marketing functions. Whichever role he tackled, Peter was always able to make a significant, often business critical, contribution to the development of the organisation. There are many exceptional achievements Peter can take credit for. Amongst these are attaining ISO accreditation and establishing the company’s manufacturing ERP system. This mammoth IT task involved the transition from an aging accounts system to a computerised management tool spanning the entire business and integrating what were at the time mainly paper based systems.

Sales Director, Paul Holtby, presented Peter with his leaving gifts and a 'This Is Your Life' style red book charting Peter’s career with Fozmula. Whilst doing so he remarked that, "Peter really is a role model employee.” He elaborated saying that, “Peter has approached every role and challenge with great professionalism, intelligence, experience, a sense of humour and above all, sheer hard work. We will greatly miss his enthusiasm and have-a-go attitude."

Starting with a well-earned rest, Peter plans to enjoy his retirement indulging in his passion for cricket, organising charity fundraising events, such as the annual raft race for the Wellesbourne & District Lions, and travelling with his wife, Sheila.

All of his friends at Fozmula wish Peter a long and enjoyable retirement.

Fozmula’s Communications Manager, John Petersen, will take over Peter’s Marketing and IT responsibilities.
