WatchTime wins the Folio Fame award for its event Inside.Basel.Geneva.
New York, NY, April 12, 2014 --(PR.com)-- America’s best-selling watch magazine, WatchTime, becomes the first watch magazine ever to win the USA’s leading media event award, the FOLIO Fame Award. The judges honored WatchTime’s ‘Inside Basel.Geneva’ (IBG) event series for its nine years of continuing success in attracting a large following of affluent watch collectors in several American cities. IBG received an award for "Best Expo" and an award for "Best Enthusiast Event," making it the only luxury watch event to receive two FOLIO Fame Awards.
IBG, which was founded in 2004 by noted watch collector Jeff Kingston, who would go on to partner with WatchTime, is North America’s most successful timepiece show to date. It will again bring the year's most noteworthy new luxury watches to collectors and aficionados across the country in 2014. Kingston will present his own HD photos and videos, shot at the international watch fairs in Basel and Geneva, exclusively at IBG. More than 20 leading luxury watch brands will join WatchTime and Kingston for the 2014 event series. All IBG show dates and locations can be found at www.watchtime.com/ibg.
