Nancy Korista, President of the Southwest Florida Chapter of the Human Resources Management Association, shared: “the conference attendance has certainly grown over the years due to the expertise of the attorney presentations, coupled with their excellent abilities to engage the HR professionals in attendance. I would strongly encourage individuals who are just entering the HR field to attend, as well as seasoned HR professionals. There are varying take-aways for all HR practitioners.”
Chris Tritt, Vice President of Lykes Insurance shared, “Lykes Insurance believes that continuing education is tangible evidence of furthering professionals in their field and by partnering with Henderson Franklin for the last nine years, this is a shared philosophy. Henderson Franklin consistently strives to take it to the 'next level'.”
John Potanovic, chair of the seminar and of Henderson Franklin’s Employment Law Practice Group stated “I suspect the tremendous attendance is due to the ever-changing nature of employment laws, and desire of HR professionals and business owners to protect their workplaces from preventable legal problems. The seminar is also a great opportunity for these professionals to network and share strategies. Henderson Franklin is privileged each year to host the event for our clients and friends of the firm.”
