A desire for space with adjacency to an outdoor plaza led the firm to consider Northchase at Midtown, a collection of existing office buildings encircling the largest fountain plaza in the Triangle. Since the firm handled the redesign of the entire renovation project for new owner Tri Properties of Durham, they knew the space provided a good fit and moved in before the project was even complete.
Visitors to the new office are able to see the latest design strategies that allow both visual openness and acoustical privacy.
