Klemchuk Kubasta LLP Throw Birthday Party for Children in Need
Dallas, TX, April 17, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Klemchuk Kubasta LLP (KK LLP), a leading full-service intellectual property (IP) law firm, participated in a volunteer service project in partnership with The Birthday Party Project to throw a birthday party for Dallas-area children on April 7, 2014.
The party was held at a participating safe home for victims of family violence. The party honored five birthday celebrants along with forty other kids and family members. The Birthday Party Project has celebrated over 500 birthdays with 4,000 children.
The team from KK LLP provided goodie bags, Easter eggs, cakes and cupcakes for the party attendees and helped color Easter eggs, pictures and played games before singing ‘Happy Birthday’ and eating cupcakes. “The Birthday Party Project is an amazing organization because it helps provide birthday celebrations to kids who might not otherwise have them,” said COO Chelsea Green. “Every child deserves to celebrate their birthday. The children were all so excited and happy to celebrate their birthdays. It was a great party and great team building experience for the employees. We’re used to interacting with attorneys, so being around children in such a fun atmosphere was a nice change.”
