Brian Sullivan Named Principal Consultant with Stambaugh Ness Business Solutions

York, PA, April 19, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Brian Sullivan of Boston has been hired as Principal Consultant by Stambaugh Ness Business Solutions (SNBS). In his new role, Brian works with architectural and engineering companies in the New England region and beyond to help them increase project multipliers and resource billable utilization, leading to better profitability.

Brian has experience project managing, consulting and training with Deltek Vision Software. He has specific expertise in Financial Reporting, Firm and Project Metrics, Work Flow, Resource Planning and Navigator, and the enabling, training and support of project managers.

Brian’s consulting abilities and his understanding of Deltek Vision’s Project Management and Resource Management Tools, ensures SNBS clients a rich source of industry experience and best practices. He previously implemented Deltek Vision’s Resource Planning Application in a 1,600-employee architecture firm where he served as a Director. Brian conducted training and support to more than 200 project managers, principals, and directors.

A self-described “project manager advocate,” Brian says, “Any firm that purchases Deltek Vision is project-based. That puts their project managers in a position to manage their firm’s largest projects and most important clients. Proactive firms properly train project managers and give them the information they need when they need it.”

Brian has also had experience in the manufacturing, healthcare, consulting, architecture and engineering industries.
