La Mesa, CA, April 19, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Recently deciding to partner with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, Tina Hanson is no stranger to property management or real estate investments. For over 15 years, Hanson has been involved in the purchase and sale of residential investment properties in California, Oregon and Idaho.
Set to graduate in June with a degree in Real Estate, Hanson explains that a career in residential sales had been inevitable since she and her husband began investing in rental properties. “Becoming a Realtor® was an easy choice for me,” states Hanson. “I love my job and I look forward to it every day, for the opportunity it gives me to make a beneficial, lasting impact on the lives of my clients.”
As a property manager and a specialist in residential sales, Hanson’s organizational skills, work ethic and attention to detail have facilitated her success. Currently a resident of the foothills of Mount Helix, she serves buyers and sellers from the brokerage’s La Mesa office.
Hanson and her husband relocated to San Diego eight years ago from the Bay area. With a passion for renovating properties, she offers first-hand knowledge about how to improve a home’s physical condition and aesthetic beauty.
