Pep Talk from Olympian in Episode 9 "Mission Milestone" on Mission Makeover on Lifetime®
The ladies hit the ground running to prep and compete in a 5K Run together; Dotsie Baush, 2012 Olympic Silver Medalist on hand to offer inspiration.
Pompano Beach, FL, April 19, 2014 --(PR.com)-- All journeys begin with a single step. This week, the Mission Makeover ladies are taking on their biggest challenge yet -- a 5K run. Make sure to tune in on Monday, April 21st at 7:30 am (ET/PT) to watch an all new episode of Mission Makeover™ airing on the Balancing Act® on the Lifetime Channel, to see if they make it across the finish line.
Getting up at the crack of dawn, the women meet up with Adriana Martin, celebrity trainer, who puts them through the paces of their pre-race prep. Find out who says, “I’m more afraid of my workout with you than I am of the race!”
With friends and family gathered for support, the women line up at the starting line. Between the tears and cheers, excitement and anxiety, will the ladies huff and puff or breathe easy throughout the 5K race?
