Amerifresh Names Meissner Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Amerifresh has named Tim Meissner to be Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing to oversee all foodservice, retail and international sales.
Scottsdale, AZ, April 22, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Tim Meissner has been named Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Amerifresh, a leading produce marketer to the retail grocery and foodservice industries.
Most recently Meissner served in roles as Supply Chain Officer and Chief Operating Officer with Southern Specialties of Pompano Beach, Fla. He is responsible for Amerifresh’s retail, foodservice and international sales and marketing efforts.
He has previous experience as Vice President of Sales for River Ranch in Salinas and as Corporate Produce Manager for the Supervalu grocery retailing company headquartered in Minneapolis.

Meissner is a graduate of Montana State University with a degree in Business Marketing and Psychology and has relocated to Amerifresh’s corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Ariz.
