Easter Seals Florida Announces Summer Programs for Children with Autism and Related Disabilities
Easter Seals Florida will offer Camp Lily - summer day programs in Fort Myers and Naples that combine recreation and learning for children with autism spectrum disorders ages 5-22.
Naples, FL, April 19, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Easter Seals Florida will offer Camp Lily - summer day programs in Fort Myers and Naples that combine recreation and learning for children with autism spectrum disorders ages 5-22.
The goal of Camp Lily is to provide a bridge for continuity of learning from the ten-month school year through the weeks of summer. Camp Lily provides student-centered learning and utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis techniques. Attendees will build social skills through center and community-based activities including trips to the beach and water parks, bowling, museums and the zoo.

Camp Lily allows children to develop positive behaviors and social skills during the summer months while at the same time engaging in fun, age-appropriate activities.”
Camp Lily will be take place at the Easter Seals Lily Academies, schools for students with autism in Fort Myers and Naples, from June 9 – August 8 from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. The cost is $225 per week. Easter Seals Lily Academy of Naples is located at 2801 County Barn Road in Naples. Easter Seals Lily Academy of Fort Myers is located at 2438 Second Street in Fort Myers.
