Michaela Paetsch, the award-winning violinist and recording artist, who has played all over the world, in venues including Carnegie Hall, will be in concert at Christ’s Episcopal Church on Friday, May 2 at 7:00 p.m. Paetsch will be accompanied by Peter Biro.

Castle Rock, CO, April 21, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The public is invited to a night of exquisite classical music with Michaela Paetsch, accompanied by Peter Biro on the grand piano.

Michaela Paetsch, an award-winning violinist who has played all over the world, including venues such as Carnegie Hall, will be in concert at Christ’s Episcopal Church on Friday, May 2 at 7:00 p.m. Tickets will be $15 for adults and $10 for students and seniors. Paetsch, who makes her home in Germany, will be visiting family in her native Colorado Springs and has graciously agreed to perform for one night only, accompanied by Peter Biro, in the beautiful Sanctuary on the Christ’s Episcopal Church campus in historic Castle Rock.

About Michaela Paetsch
Michaela Paetsch is an internationally renowned, award-winning violinist and recording artist who has played at Carnegie Hall, among other highly respected venues. She is the first female in the world to have recorded all 24 Paganini Caprices for solo violin.

Paetsch, originally from Colorado Springs, has risen to great heights in the musical world, playing major festivals such as the Marlboro, Davos, the Brandenburg Summer Concerts in Berlin, Banff, and “Mostly Mozart in New York. She has been invited as soloist with the NHK Symphony Orchestra, the Philharmonics of Osaka, Japan, Seoul, Liège and Bergen; the National Orchestra of Belgium, the Leipzig Gewandhaus, the Frankfurt Radio Symphony, the Residentie Orchestra, the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, and the BBC Symphony, among others. She has performed under such conductors as Kent Nagano, Dimitrij Kitajenko, Horst Stein and Myung-Whun Chung.
