AAXA’s LED Android Projector Features Brilliant 550 LED Lumens and an Android Operating System Onboard
AAXA's LED Showtime Android Projector has more than enough power to playback any type of media as well as give your presentations that extra pop.
Tustin, CA, April 20, 2014 --(PR.com)-- AAXA Technologies is pleased to release the AAXA LED Android Projector. The AAXA LED Android Micro Projector takes the award winning “LED Showtime” platform and introduces an Android 4.2 operating system complete with WIFI connectivity. At the heart of this projector is a next generation LED (Light-Emitting-Diode) optical engine mated to Texas Instrument’s DLP imager. LEDs are superior to lamp based projectors by directly injecting red, green, and blue light into the projection engine instead of relying on filtered white light. The result is a more vivid, colorful image and a 20,000 hour life-span – tens times longer than a traditional lamp projector.
Mobile Computing and Streaming Video Platform
The AAXA LED Android Pico Projector incorporates a dual core Android 4.2 processor with 1GB of DDR RAM and 4 Gigabytes of onboard storage. Complete with embedded WIFI the LED Android Projector becomes a full-featured video-streaming projector capable of running apps, streaming movies, accessing e-mail, surfing the web, and more. With the AAXA LED Android Netflix ™, Hulu ™, HBOGo™ are all available in mobile big-screen format. Additional features include Google Play, document processing, and much much more.
Brilliant 550 Lumen LED Projector
The AAXA LED Android features native 720P (WXGA) resolution powered by a Texas Instruments DLP imager, 20,000 hour LEDs, and a brilliant 550 lumen light-source (with “boost” mode). All this is housed in a micro form-factor measuring just 5.9” x 5.2” x 1.4”. The LED Android is a true mini projector capable of producing giant, deep, immersive video streaming, web-browsing, and game-play of up to 160”.
A Big Projector in a Micro Projector Size
The AAXA LED Android is a full-featured pocketable mini-computer. A variety of input sources include HDMI and VGA connections, a Composite Video input cable, and a USB memory stick port for media playback. Outputs include a 3.5mm headphone jack and onboard 2 watt speakers. Processing power is provided by a robust dual-core Android processor capable of rendering high resolution full-length movies and high megapixel digital pictures. The AAXA LED Android is a true miniature powerhouse able to perform as a full sized projector while doubling as a stand-alone mini-computer without the need to connect to a video source or game console.
