BizCom Web Services Acquires CloudAny

Raleigh, NC, April 23, 2014 --(PR.com)-- BizCom Web Services, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of CloudAny®, LLC, a Tier 1 provider of Line-of-Business (LOB) servers, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), hosted desktop and webtop solutions for the Managed Service Provider (MSP) partner community, on April 1, 2014.

CloudAny® will continue to exist as its own brand and its channel resellers will remain valued members of the BizCom and CloudAny® team.

This acquisition expands BizCom’s business capabilities by introducing new cloud services including Business Computing as a Service (BCaaS) and expanded technical support.
