Happy Returns: RE/MAX Plaza Continues Its Growth, Adds 3 Former RE/MAX Brokers, Now Has Sales Team of 41
Chicago, IL, April 24, 2014 --(PR.com)-- RE/MAX Plaza continues to expand its presence in McHenry and Lake counties in northern Illinois as the real estate market gathers momentum. Recently three outstanding brokers rejoined RE/MAX as members of the growing RE/MAX Plaza sales team. The firm now has 41 brokers at its headquarters in McHenry and locations in the nearby communities of Richmond, Wauconda and Woodstock.
“Building our team to more than 40 is really a milestone for us,” said Rob Schaid, broker/owner of RE/MAX Plaza. “It is especially gratifying to welcome three such experienced brokers with strong reputations in the markets they serve. Adding them to our broker team puts us in a great position to handle the upswing in the market that has been gradually emerging over the last 18 months and that we expect to continue for some time.”
The three most recent additions to the RE/MAX Plaza brokerage team are Regina Perkins, Larry W. Smith and Paula Hauck, all former RE/MAX agents who departed for a few years but are now pleased to return.
Perkins and Smith have joined the Woodstock office of RE/MAX Plaza, which opened last year and now has nine brokers. Both brokers have long focused their activity in the Harvard, Ill., market and will continue to serve that area.
“Larry and I have known Rob Schaid for quite a while, and he is a fabulous guy with a very progressive outlook,” said Perkins, a lifelong Harvard resident who has been a real estate professional for more than two decades. “We are looking forward to working with him. When Rob opened his Woodstock office, it made the decision to join him easy for both of us because it is so convenient to Harvard. It’s great to be back in the RE/MAX network. It really is a top-flight organization.”
Hauck is once again working at the McHenry office of RE/MAX Plaza, with which she was affiliated previously for six years.
“I’m delighted to return because this is a great office and an outstanding staff,” said Hauck, a resident of Cary, Ill., and a real estate professional for 15 years. “The new technology Rob has introduced and the growth of the business to four offices are both exciting developments. I’m eager to be part of a larger team.”
