VIPCG Expands West African Consulting Team

Lagos, Nigeria, October 10, 2007 --(PR.com)-- VIPCG Inc., an International Management Consulting firm, recently hired Bola Shitta as it's Senior Trainer. Mrs. Shitta will be responsible for leading, developing, and delivering public and in-house training programs for the firm's growing client base. She will formulate teaching/training outlines and will determine instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.

"Her 25 years of experience developing and delivering coursework in English and French will be significant as we continue our growth in the West African region."

Mrs. Shitta has undergone significant training in Management, Workforce Evaluation, Wage and Salary Administration, and Customer Service Training. At her most recent employer, CFAO Nigeria PLC, she was the Group Training and Development Manager responsible for identifying training and development needs for the group, designing, implementing, and evaluating required training programmes.
