Launched in February 2014, COPEC University is a day-long event offered quarterly and filled with workshops on a range of topics to educate and enlighten attendees.
An educational workshop series that connects the public with local experts, COPEC University topics include: healthcare reform, social media training, health and wellness, estate planning, caring for family, financial planning, business marketing, taxes, and more.
“Our first COPEC U in February was such a success, we’re excited to announce the second session,” said James Lindner, president and co-founder, COPEC. “We hope the community will come out to hear our speakers, who are industry professionals on a mission to educate – not sell. Presentations are given in an informational format, making this a perfect opportunity to learn more about how to grow your business, plan for your future, care for loved ones, help with your job search and more.”
“I want to give a huge thank you to COPEC University!” said Gwen Blair, who attended the February COPEC U. “I attended four workshop sessions in February of this year. The speakers are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. There was no ‘selling’ taking place whatsoever. The fact that the COPEC sponsors want to educate others impressed me from the start. I highly recommend the COPEC workshops and encourage others to take advantage of such cost effective educational opportunity.”
“Being a partner of COPEC University is an outstanding opportunity for us to bring the BBB’s mission of educating and informing businesses and consumers to a broader audience in Central Ohio, and we’re proud to be a part of it,” states Kip Morse, president and CEO of BBB serving Central Ohio.
