New Organization Helps Black Professionals Meet Each Other for Fun Activities Like Biking, Dancing, Cards, Movies, Etc.

Cincinnati, OH, April 25, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Black professionals who are looking for fun things to do with other like-minded people now have a new resource called the "Black Achiever" network (www.BlackAchiever.net)

Black Achiever was started in 2012 to help Black professionals meet each other for fun activities. Membership is open to individuals, couples, business professionals or single people looking to meet new people in their city for fun recreational activities. If a person enjoys concerts, dancing, dining out, wine tasting, rock climbing, movies, book reviews or just looking to make new friends, Black Achiever's has something for everyone. There are also events for business networking and intellectual conversations about things happening in the Black community.

Founder Mike Moore saw a need for an easy way to connect Black professionals in the real world for fun activities. He comments, "There are many virtual communities out there but there is nothing for Black professionals that allow them to make new friends in the real world. If you are bored on a Friday night it would be nice to have a place to go and meet new people other than a bar or a nightclub. It seems the older you get the harder it is to meet new people who share your views and values. Many of us had this luxury during college but as our responsibilities grow the more cut off we become from our peers. We need an easy way to connect with each other and meet new people. That is why I created Black Achiever."

Black Achiever's members are breaking down Black stereotypes by achieving happiness and success. The organization prides itself on being "A Family of Friends."
