Klemchuk Kubasta LLP’s Shannon Bates to Participate in PTAB Roundtable Panel Discussion

Shannon will partake in a panel discussing patent trial scenarios under the America Invents Act (AIA), from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The panel discussion will touch on several topics including IPR requirements, procedural strategy and time constraints, patent owner strategy and claim construction.
