Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties Welcomes Chrissy Stone
Rancho Bernardo, CA, April 30, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Anna Ward, manager of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties’ Rancho Bernardo office, is pleased to announce that Chrissy Stone is the newest member of the team. “Chrissy brings a proactive, positive attitude,” says Ward. “Her excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of the San Diego market and professional integrity are truly beneficial to her clients and our company.”
For the past six years Stone has been a professional cooking instructor. She explains that she was motivated to pursue a career in real estate sales and marketing by her love for working directly with people and passion for helping others achieve their goals.
“I am looking forward to helping my clients experience the financial and emotional rewards that come from owning a home,” notes Stone.
Stone believes her personal approach and focus on assisting her clients in every aspect of their transactions will make her successful. “My recipe for success involves providing timely updates and consistent, information-rich communications,” explains Stone. “I feel professionally and personally committed to make the process as smooth as possible for all of my clients.”
Stone has lived in San Diego County since 1980 and Poway for the past 11 years. Qualified to aid her clients in finding their ideal location, she has an in-depth knowledge of the local housing market, pricing trends, neighborhood characteristics and school systems.
A mother of two, Stone is an active volunteer in the PTSA at Poway High School, where her son is a senior. Her daughter is a freshman at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. Stone also finds the time to serve as hospitality chair of the Rancho Bernardo Republican Women’s Federation when she isn’t busy cooking or dining out at her favorite local restaurants.
