She obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ottawa in 1984, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law in 1989 and a Masters of Arts from the Royal Military College of Canada in 2001. Previously she taught the Bar Admission Course in Ontario and taught courses at Algonquin College in Ottawa. In her spare time Ms. Holly enjoys Ikebana.
