Ms. Holly has 25 years experience in the legal field. She is a Barrister and Solicitor, Notary Public practicing law as a sole practitioner in Ottawa, Canada. Ms. Holly practices civil litigation, human rights, family and military law. She is bilingual speaking English and French. Ms. Holly is affiliated with the Law Society of Upper Canada, Canadian Bar Association and the County of Carleton Law Association (C.C.L.A.). She was awarded the Commemorative Medal for the 125th Anniversary of Canadian Confederation in Recognition of Significant Contribution to the Community and Fellow Canadians from the Government of Canada in 1992. She obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ottawa in 1984, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law in 1989 and a Masters of Arts from the Royal Military College of Canada in 2001. Previously she taught the Bar Admission Course in Ontario and taught courses at Algonquin College in Ottawa. In her spare time Ms. Holly enjoys Ikebana.
