Tom Lux Joins Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties
San Diego, CA, May 02, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Cliff Helbock, manager of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties’ Escondido office, welcomes Tom Lux to his team. “Tom is intelligent and very well educated,” says Helbock. “His success in real estate has been a result of his in-depth market knowledge and ability to help other people accomplish their goals.”
An Escondido market specialist for more than a decade, Lux explains that his success in real estate has partly been due to the research skills he developed while furthering his education. “Being able to easily find information about available properties and housing market conditions has allowed me to set accurate prices for my sellers and uncover hidden values for my buyers,” says Lux.
Lux comes to real estate with a bachelor’s degree in Science and a master’s degree in Education, and a teaching credential in Chemistry and Biology. He has been a successful track and field coach in the Escondido area for the past 35 years. Having prepared to make real estate the focus of his career for many years now, Lux is looking forward to leveraging his ambition to succeed for the benefit of his clients.
“I love the feeling of helping people reach their dreams,” says Lux. “Real estate allows me to combine that feeling I received as a coach with my affinity for working directly with people and belief in the value of real estate as a long-term investment.”
Lux cites his experiences with a company that renovated and sold homes for giving him a talent for quickly evaluating a property’s physical condition, as well as the capability to help his clients create a feasible plan for remodeling.
An Escondido resident for the last 17 years, Lux enjoys being active and watching the Chargers play when he isn’t working.
Tom Lux may be contacted through Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, at 760-803-4633, or via email at TomLux@bhhscal.com.
