Jan Clements of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties Appointed a Director of Luxury Networking and Advisory Council
San Diego, CA, May 03, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Jan Clements, leader of The Clements Group, was recently named a director of the Networking and Advisory Council for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties’ luxury offices in San Diego County. Clements is known for her proficiency with the sale of oceanfront properties, luxury condominiums and vacation homes.
“Jan is an extremely likable agent with a vast understanding of the luxury market in Coronado and San Diego,” notes Nicki Marcellino, regional vice president of the brokerage’s San Diego County region. “The wealth of specialized insights that she brings to the table make her an asset to the Networking and Advisory Council.”
Since her entry into real estate in early 1990, Clements has witnessed a number of cycles in the local and national housing market. Having consistently earned awards for her sales and service, she credits her success to her tenacious negotiating style and focus on providing her clients with the information they need to make educated decisions.
“I’m grateful about this appointment and looking forward to working with my peers to expand the range of services we offer,” says Clements, who is based in the brokerage’s Coronado office. “Aside from giving me access to powerful marketing opportunities, being a part of this exclusive luxury advisory council will allow me to network with my colleagues and exchange useful new techniques for serving our buyers and sellers.”
Joe Campagna, manager of the Coronado office, comments, “This is a tremendous honor for Jan. She has a significant skill set and I’m confident that her experience navigating the specific issues pertaining to golf course properties and fine homes will allow her to make an immediate and positive impact.”
Clements notes that her husband Lennie Clements has been essential to their success in helping buyers interested in building custom homes. She added that, “As a former PGA Tour player Lennie’s insight is particularly beneficial when we work in Rancho Santa Fe and Rancho Pacifica, since it’s helpful to not only understand these neighborhoods but also the lifestyles that these clients are seeking and the expectations they have.”
Together with her team, which also includes Molly Haines, and her son, Chris Clements, a USD grad with six years of experience in real estate, Jan has earned a reputation for her ability to provide her clients with efficient and thorough representation. A Coronado resident since 1993, she recently opened a new office for the brokerage across the street from the Hotel Del Coronado.
Jan Clements may be contacted through Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, at 619-806-7052, or on the web at www.JanClements.com.
