Jason Waite is a partner in the Washington office of Alston & Bird. He co-leads the firm’s international trade practice team. His practice is heavily concentrated on export controls and economic sanctions matters, with an emphasis on corporate compliance, strategic transactions, and enforcement defense.
Jason conducts internal investigations and compliance assessments, develops internal compliance and training programs, and guides clients through voluntary disclosures of actual and potential export and sanctions violations.
