LiDAR Leader Joins McKim & Creed in Central Texas
San Antonio, TX, May 08, 2014 --(PR.com)-- McKim & Creed, Inc., an engineering, geomatics (surveying) and planning firm with offices throughout the Texas and the southern U.S., announces that Ray Weger, RPLS, has joined the company’s Central Texas offices as a geomatics senior project manager.
Weger has 30 years’ experience in the surveying and mapping profession, including the management of 3-D high-definition terrestrial and mobile Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) and aerial photogrammetry projects throughout the U.S. Weger specializes in fusing geospatial data into consistent product deliverables.

Prior to joining McKim & Creed, Weger worked with the Texas Department of Transportation, where he managed large-scale LiDAR assignments. Weger has built a reputation for high-quality survey performance with ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys, TSPS Category surveys, and subdivision platting of commercial, industrial, residential development projects.
Weger graduated from Kansas Technical Institute with a degree in survey and civil engineering technology.
