KHM Travel Group Hosts Training Event for Home-Based Agents
70+ independent travel agents gathered for host agency KHM Travel Group's spring Destination Success training event.
Brunswick, OH, May 08, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Fresh off a record first quarter in travel sales, host agency KHM Travel Group opened its Corporate Office doors to over 70 independent travel agents for a 3-day training event at the end of April.
Independent travel agents from 22 states (including as far as Alaska) traveled to Brunswick, Ohio for the opportunity to network and receive training from the world’s leading travel suppliers including Apple Vacations, Carnival Cruise Line, Celebrity Cruises, Funjet Vacations, Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean International, Vacation.com, and many more.
Director of Global Product Management for Norwegian Cruise Lines Denella Richard also gave an informative presentation and handed out 2 free Norwegian cruises to 2 lucky agent attendees.
"With every training event, we try to raise the bar and this past Destination Success was no exception. Seeing our travel agents form relationships with each other, our travel suppliers, and even the KHM Travel Group team inspires us to keep offering our agents more ways to grow their businesses," said National Training Director Marie Smith.
This event, which featured a "CSI: Client Sales Investigation" theme, also included guided tours of the Corporate Office, 3 trade shows, several meals courtesy of KHM Travel Group's in-house catering team, Q&A sessions, presentations by the executive team, and even a special Murder Mystery Dinner.
