The award narrative states the award was for providing 'best value' pricing on contracts, along with offering additional services, including deep stock of inventory allowing shortened delivery times, OCONUS delivery of goods and custom kitting. In addition the custom website developed for Lockheed-Martin procurement representatives (MilitaryAtv.com) allowed for less emails and phone calls to obtain information, lowering Lockheed Martin's labor cost. World of Powersports achieved 99.9% accuracy and on-time delivery score in FY13 despite managing the largest volume of purchase order line items of any company utilized on the SOF CLSS contract. World of Powersports is an integral supplier for the procurement team supporting the Family of Special Operations Vehicles (FOSOV) through the Special Operations Forces Contractor Logistics Support Services (SOF CLSS) contract.
