Sherry Blum, director, client solutions: In her new role, Blum develops, maintains and grows relationships with SofTrek's nonprofit clients. Blum joined the company in 2000 as an implementation specialist. She has also served as an analyst and as manager of client services. Blum holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and master's degree in computer information systems.
Tara L. Kaye, manager, project management office and education: Kaye employs project management and client education best practices to deliver resources to SofTrek clients. She joined the company as documentation specialist and most recently served as client education team lead. She previously was a middle school English teacher. Kaye holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Binghamton University and a M.S.Ed in secondary English education from Elmira College.
Jeff Keller, ClearView team lead: Keller manages the development and technical direction for SofTrek's nonprofit fundraising software product, ClearView CRM, and mentors junior engineers. He joined SofTrek as a software engineering Intern and has since served as software engineer and ClearView project lead. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University at Buffalo.
Chantale Onesi-Gonzalez, manager, client services: Onesi-Gonzalez oversees SofTrek's Client Services Department, managing functions related to customer contact and support, including training and staff organization. She joined SofTrek as a client support technician and also served as an account manager. She previously was an IT project manager at Greater Buffalo Savings Bank. Onesi-Gonzalez holds bachelor’s degrees in music performance and sociology from Buffalo State College and is a current candidate for an MLS degree from the University at Buffalo.
Tracy M. Pericozzi, manager, professional services : Pericozzi is responsible for delivering technical and programming services, coordinating activities and information between key engagement stakeholders, and leading and developing professional services staff. She joined SofTrek as a software engineer; her most recent role was business intelligence team lead. Pericozzi has an education background in software engineering and holds a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems.
