GSF Mortgage Welcomes Team to Minnesota

Inver Grove Heights, MN, May 11, 2014 --(PR.com)-- GSF Mortgage is pleased to welcome an experienced mortgage loan team to Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. Leading the team are branch managers Jim Bauer and Charlie Fish. Joining Fish and Bauer are mortgage loan originators Timothy Elemes, Eric Mogren, William Pryor and Ken Straley.

Bauer comes to GSF with numerous years of both industry and entrepreneur experience. He excels at crunching numbers and overseeing policies and procedures. Their philosophy revolves around doing business the right way.

Fish brings 12 years of industry and entrepreneur experience to the team. He quickly became a branch manager and surpasses their main office in loan officer production and staffing. In 2005, Fish partnered up with Bauer and they started their own mortgage company.

Pryor has been a loan originator since 2001. Before that, he owned his own insurance and travel agency. Due to the alignment of their business philosophies, Pryor joined Bauer and Fish as a partner at their mortgage company.

Mogren has been in the industry since the mid-90s. He joined Bauer and Fish in 2013 as a loan originator. They saw him as a good fit due to his ability to gain referrals and ability to manage large pipelines.

Straley specializes in short sales, loan modifications, mortgages, credit repair, foreclosure counseling and foreclosure guidance. He is the author of “Short Sales… Short This! A Guide to Sanity.”

Elemes joined the industry at the end of 2013. Prior to that, he owned his own consulting company and felt it could be a good marriage with the mortgage industry.
