Texas-Based Private Label Realty Expands to Colorado
Veteran Realtor Ray Sherman heads up the Colorado Region of Private Label Realty, which now has 42 agents.
Greenwood Village, CO, May 15, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Colorado’s robust residential real estate market and its growing population have attracted a new regional real estate company. Private Label Realty, one of the fastest growing and largest-producing privately-held real estate brokerages in Texas, started its Colorado Region last fall and has already grown to 42 agents.
Ray Sherman, GRI, CRB, CDPE, was selected to head up the Colorado brokerage which has offices in the Denver Tech Center (8400 E. Crescent Parkway). He has been a Colorado Broker/manager/trainer for more than 30 years with companies such as Century 21, Moore and Company, Coldwell Banker, Van Schaack, Keller Williams and Equity Colorado.
“We’re not a franchise,” Sherman explains. “We’re a new concept that’s changing the industry--a family of companies operating independently but working together under Tenura Holdings, Inc.”
Tenura is a Texas-based diversified real estate holding company which operates companies in each channel of residential real estate (brokerage, mortgage banking, title agency and insurance). “Tenura first set up AmeriPro Funding in Denver and then asked me to head up the brokerage,” Sherman says. “AmeriPro is now in Colorado Springs, too, so we’ll be looking to add experienced, successful brokers and agents soon.”
Private Label Realty’s vision is to offer fully integrated real estate services to make home ownership more convenient and less costly. “Agents who work with us receive full broker support, get to keep 100 percent of their commissions after a small cap, have access to cost-effective marketing programs, have ownership opportunities and can offer their clients an integrated, one-stop shopping, superior customer experience,” explains Sherman.
Research from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) shows that 91 percent of homebuyers who used the Internet to search for homes, also used a Realtor to make their purchase.
