The owner, Invesco Ltd, acknowledges The Bravern Towers comprises two of their most significant residential assets.

The Penthouses will range from 3000 to 5000 SF, offering unmatched panoramic views from downtown Seattle to Mt. Rainer becoming the most prestigious residential address in the Pacific Northwest. Working in collaboration with RRG Property Management Company and NBBJ Architects, PARAGON will oversee the development of sleek contemporary living spaces that will set a new standard of timeless elegance and sophistication. All the Penthouses are scheduled to be completed in the fall 2014.
