Blue Corn Tortilla Offers a Gluten Free Approach to Tex-Mex.

La Gringa Taqueria’s continues to take their menu to new heights by incorporating the blue corn tortilla, another great addition to their already fresh, healthy, and sustainable menu that is eco-friendly, Vegan friendly, and they can now add gluten free friendly to that list. Health studies show that the blue corn provides 20% more protein and is gluten free compared to the yellow corn, and naturally has a sweeter taste. It has also been suggested by Dr. Michael R.
