Largest Long Term Care Insurance Conference Kicks Off Sunday; Organized by AALTCI
The American Association for Long Term Care Insurance kicks off a record-setting conference for the long term care insurance industry this Sunday.
Los Angeles, CA, May 16, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The nation's largest long term care insurance conference involving as many as 2,500 insurance professionals is set to begin this Sunday in Kansas City.
Organized by the American Association for Long Term Care Insurance, an industry trade group, the conference will attract over 500 attendees plus some over 2,000 who have registered to watch sessions streamed live from the event.
"We are overwhelmed and very pleased with both the attendance as well as the interest," declares Jesse Slome, director of the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance. "This will be the first insurance industry conference that will broadcast live sessions direct from a major conference that can be accessed for free."
The three-day event which takes place at the Westin Crown Center in Kansas City begins Sunday, May 18 and concludes Tuesday, May 20. "Attendees will spend three days attending workshops given by the nation's leading long term care insurance experts," Slome adds. "A selection of sessions will be streamed live over the Internet each day."
According to Slome, one of the most anticipated sessions features the heads of five leading insurers. "The LTC CEO Forum will feature the heads of Genworth Financial, John Hancock Insurance, Transamerica Long Term Care, Lincoln Financial and Northwestern Mutual who'll share their perspective on the current state of the industry and, more important, where things are headed in the next few years."
Access to watch sessions, including the LTC CEO Forum, can still be obtained. For information, go to www.insuranceexpos.com.
