Jeff Lamm Joins Cushman & Wakefield Tampa Office as Director in Industrial Brokerage Services

Tampa, FL, May 15, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Jeff Lamm has joined the Tampa office of Cushman & Wakefield as a director in its Industrial Brokerage Services division. He joins Mike Davis, Julia Silva Rettig and the industrial team that represents more than 3.6 million square feet of real estate in Central Florida. His role will include business development throughout Tampa Bay.

He has more than 11 years of experience in commercial real estate including the Industrial Group of Grubb & Ellis Tampa Bay and Taylor & Mathis as Director of Leasing, responsible for all transaction leasing for MetLife’s industrial portfolio worldwide of 1.4 million square feet.

Lamm was most recently with Industrial Property Group, Inc., where he represented multiple Fortune 100 portfolio clients with landlord and tenant representation, disposition, acquisition and leasing.

A long-time member of the commercial real estate development association, NAIOP, and the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors, Inc. (FGCAR), Lamm was named a Top 10 Tampa Bay Commercial Leasing Broker – Industrial for several years and was a Pinnacle Award recipient.

He received a bachelor of arts in psychology from University of South Florida where he was a member of Phi Delta Theta.
