Roger Pettingell, in the Coldwell Banker Previews office of Longboat Key, has launched the series called REALTALK which is devoted to the local market. Pettingell finished 2013 with over $61 million in sales, enough to complete the year as the number one Coldwell Banker agent in Florida.
“We have created weekly video interviews which are devoted to topics which matter to our local real estate buyers and sellers,” said Pettingell. “REALTALK is a concise, relevant platform providing buyers and sellers accessible information on a variety of topics.”
The series is available to the public for free on his YouTube.com channel, RogerPettingell. It continues as a playlist which will play each segment in order of production. Each episode is available by itself. In the first three episodes he compares the market to 2013, offers an analysis of high end properties on the market and assesses the real estate market with its seasonal transition to the summer months. In the most current segment on May 14 Pettingell discusses bay-front living at Grand Bay residences on Longboat Key.
Mary Kay Ryan acts as a moderator in each of these segments. She is the director of customer care in the Coldwell Banker real estate office of Roger Pettingell on Gulf of Mexico Drive in Longboat Key. Filming locations highlight Longboat Key and Sarasota areas, and production assistance is provided by DK Consulting Group in Sarasota.
“As the series progresses, we plan to invite questions from viewers, and include guests who will share insights in their areas of expertise,” Pettingell said.
The videos are created with closed captioning for the hearing impaired and those transcripts are made available on the website, longboatrealestate.com, along with all videos.
