Mr. Hertz has over 54 years experience in the agricultural real estate field. He is Chairman Emeritus and Co-Owner of Hertz Farm Management, Inc. which is a farm management service in the Midwestern United States. They manage farms, purchase and sell farmland. He is responsible for managing and acquiring farmland. Mr. Hetz is also responsible for buying crop inputs and selling crop production, negotiating leases, supervising repairs and improvements and overseeing conservation projects. He is affiliated with A.S.F.M.R.A., I.S.F.M.R.A., R.L.I. and C.B.O.R. He obtained a B.S. in Animal Science from Iowa State University and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois and Indiana.
