A successful Realtor for the past 14 years, Swan brings a diverse and thorough knowledge of real estate to his new position.

As a mayor-appointed board member for the city of Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills Historic Preservation Overlay Zone (HPOZ), Swan consistently donated his time to advise community leaders on how to preserve older homes with historic significance and allow for growth while maintaining the city’s aesthetics and history. He added that, “Preserving older homes is vital, but growth isn’t always the enemy.
