LeaderOne Financial Welcomes Stephanie Johnson to Their Underwriting Team

Overland Park, KS, May 21, 2014 --(PR.com)-- LeaderOne Financial, one of the nation’s fastest growing mortgage companies, is proud to announce the hiring of Stephanie Johnson, who will serve as an underwriter. Mrs. Johnson will be located in Illinois.

“Stephanie comes to LeaderOne as an experienced FHA, VA, RD, and conventional underwriter. We are very happy to have her aboard,” says underwriting team lead, Catherine Farmer. Mrs. Johnson has worked in the mortgage industry for fifteen years.

When asked the best thing about her position, Mrs. Johnson says, “I love to learn to new things. This industry is constantly changing so being an underwriter requires me to learn new things every day.” Mrs. Johnson graduated from Ashland University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, emphasis on Sociology. “The best business lesson I have learned is to be willing to put yourself in the other guy’s shoes and be able to back up what you say,” states Mrs. Johnson. When she is not brushing up new underwriting guidelines, Mrs. Johnson likes to unwind by watching scary movies and spending time with her husband of twenty years, their two teenagers, and their two dogs.
