American Bank of Missouri To Open Sixth Location

St. Louis, MO, May 22, 2014 --(PR.com)-- American Bank of Missouri will open its newest branch at 9800 Manchester in Rock Hill, Mo. at the end of May, 2014. The 4,600-square-foot building was the home of Boulevard Bank for the past five years. The 25-year-old office was originally built by Heartland Bank.

Hilliker Corporation agent Will Aschinger represented the landlord, Seeger New Orleans, L.D., in the five-year lease. NAI Desco agent Peter Sheahan represented the tenant, American Bank of Missouri. There are no renovations required since the building previously served as a bank.

Founded in 1880 as the Bank of Wellsville, the name changed to American Bank of Missouri in 2006. The company currently has five Missouri locations in Middletown, Montgomery City, Warrenton, Wellsville and Wright City with two loan production offices in Fulton and Hannibal.
