The Lowry Team Keller Williams Shares 4th of July Events Taking Place in Wyoming, Ohio

Cincinnati, OH, June 24, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Wyoming, Ohio has many activities planned for the 4th of July. Each year a theme is chosen and carried throughout the day. The celebration begins at 10 am at the Gazebo in Village Green with a parade. Neighborhoods create floats and costumes to compete with one another to see who carried the day's theme out the best. After the parade there are games, entertainment and awards at the Gazebo on Wyoming Avenue.

Following the parade, many neighborhoods have block parties while they wait for the evening festivities. Others will head to The Family Aquatic Center at 9940 Springfield Pike. Wyoming, Ohio residents can swim for free from noon - 5 pm. This year, the city of Wyoming, Ohio added a Muddy Pig Fun Run. The Run is being held between 1 pm - 4 pm at North Park. Plans are in place for a climbing wall, ice pit, tires and mud. Participants have the option to get cleaned off at the Recreation Center by the Wyoming Ohio Fire Department's hoses. Pre-registration is $10 and it is $15 the day off. Swag bags are available while supplies last. Proceeds benefit the Wyoming, Ohio Police Department.

Beginning at 5:30 there will be inflatable slides, bounce houses, games and refreshments at Oak Park. The band My Sister Sarah performs at 7:45. My Sister Sarah plays rock, country and hip hop from the 80's, 90's and now. The 4th of July celebration in Wyoming Ohio comes to an end with a bang courtesy of Rozzi's Famous Fireworks.
