Raleigh, NC, October 12, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Bill Guy, vice president and managing broker of the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Crabtree office, has announced that Nancy Midgett and Karen Lyle have joined the firm’s sales team. Midgett was previously a client service manager for a real estate company in Celebration, Fla. She earned her bachelor’s in business administration from Eastern Nazarene in Wollaston, Mass. Midgett resides in Wake Forest with her husband, John. Lyle has previous experience as a real estate paralegal and a trainer for SoftPro Software. She earned her bachelor’s of arts in communication with public relations concentration from N.C. State University and her paralegal certification at Meredith College. Lyle resides in Raleigh.
