Rejoin Technology Co. Ltd and Zoomax Technology Inc. have announced a definitive agreement to merge in the first quarter of 2014.

The merger unites two of largest low vision product manufacturers in the world. Zoomax and Rejoin celebrated this news with a ceremony at the Sheraton Hotel in Frankfurt Germany on May 14, 2014. Distributors from around the world attended to share warm congratulations. During the ceremony, the chairman of Rejoin, Vincent Li gave, thanked all of his customers for their sustained trust, support and loyalty.
